Conference buses are available between the conference venues according to the shedule below.

Day One, Sun 23 September

·                    6:30 p.m Hotel Laterum – Welcome Reception**

Participants accommodated in Hotel Palatinus and Hotel Pátria will be guided to the venue (appr. 10 minutes walk).

Day Two, Mon 24 September

·                    7:45 a.m. Hotel Palatinus – 8:00 a.m. Hotel Pátria – 8:15 a.m.Conference venue

·                    6:45 p.m. Conference venue – 7:00 p.m. Hotel Pátria – 7:15 p.m. Hotel Palatinus

Participants accommodated in Hotel Laterum will be guided to the conference venue (appr. 5 minutes walk).

·                     7:30 p.m. Hotel Laterum –Conference Dinner, Hotel Palatinus**

Participants accommodated in Hotel Pátria will be guided to the conference dinner (appr. 5 minutes walk).

Day Three, Tue 25 September

·                    7:45 a.m. Hotel Palatinus – 8:00 a.m. Hotel Pátria – 8:15 a.m.Conference venue

·                    5:30 p.m. Conference venue – 5:45 p.m. Hotel Pátria – 6:00 p.m. Hotel Palatinus

Participants accommodated in Hotel Laterum will be guided to the conference venue (appr. 5 minutes walk).
